This is one of the best herb for all year round planting.
It flower in spring, with this light blue colour splashes all over places. Excellent cover from weeds.
Best of all, sausage roll would never smell like sausage roll without this herbs.
a pinch of nutmeg, a few sprays of basil.. my mind has wondered of to heavenly smell of freshly bake sausage roll with very crispy flake pastry on the outside and soft flavoursome filling.
Come to think of it, i have not make sausage roll for a long time. All this talk is making me really hunger and it is yet afternoon tea time.
